Administrative Assistant Billing- Temporary (Monday - Friday 4 to 6 hours a day preferably in the morning or early afternoon)


This position is to cover a maternity leave. The position will be required to complete certain detailed routine protocols each day by working with other team members and compiling occupancy and payer mix data in a pre- structured spreadsheet.  This is done daily. Further, the position will also be required to assist in team projects (cash posting, daily census reporting and assistance with billing) at the request of the business office.



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
  • Medical billing experience required
  • Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel-especially spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook.
